Our flat is in the 4th floor in a house with 10 share flats. The people are pretty good connected. Almost in regularly intervals is someone turning on the BBQ in the share garden, which is in the backyard.

Laure and Florence, product manager and designer by adidas- we are looking for a new roomie to join the Pirckheimerstrasse lols
One likes electro music, the other one hip hop, Japanese cooking, english breakfasts, white wine, red wine and drinks with friends.
We are also having a cleaning Lady who is coming every second week (already included in the rent). She cleans the public spots in our WG.
The earliest date to move in is the 1st September or 15th September, depends what date fits better for you.
