Bright 14 sqm room with white (and one grey) walls. The room is fully furnished. The window has shutters.
The flat share has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with toilets so that everyone can easily get ready on a hectic morning. The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen and offers plenty of storage space for everyone. We usually leave the washing up to the dishwasher. There is also a storage room on top.
Plants are very welcome here, even if the basil is always quickly plundered.
The shared apartment is located in the southern part of Nuremberg, very central and well connected. With tram practically in front of the front door and 5 min walk to the U1, which goes directly via the main station to the city center. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. FAU or TH is only 10 minutes away by bike.
Good shopping facilities are within easy reach nearby, for example Norma, Lidl and a small Edeka.
At the nearby (about 7 min walk) Aufseßplatz you will also find a DM, Rewe and everything else your heart desires.
There are many other shared flats in the house with generally very young people. Therefore, no problem if it gets a little louder at a party.
The WG currently consists of 4members:
Lukas (26) is studying business administration at TH
Sergio (29) works at Siemens
Marina (25) works at Siemens and is sub-lenting this room, so will not be there once you move in.
Ximena (27) will move in in February.
We have a very harmonious coexistence and like to spend time together. At dinners or game evenings, people like to drink a bottle of wine or a 6er wheat beer - but of course the good old Paulaner Spezi is always very popular.
Apart from that, we can be enthusiastic about almost any sport and we all like to be in the fresh air. We cook everything from Swabian home cooking (Mauldascha ftw!), to extra cheesy enchilladas to (almost) authentic Pad Thai. In addition, we have an impressive collection of streaming services and a lot of cozy sofas where we like to spend relaxing evenings. Last but not least, we have Rudi, who, as an honorary member of the flatmate, always keeps an eye on the order in the kitchen.
