Hallo ihr Lieben,
da die Zeit nun gekommen ist und ich leider ausziehen muss wird in unserer WG zum 01.09.2019 ein schönes, helles Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und ist komplett möbiliert. Es enthält ein großes Bett mit Nachttisch, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal und einen Kleiderschrank. Im Prinzip also alle Möbel, die man zum Wohnen braucht ;)
Das Bad und die Küche mit Balkon teilen wir uns zu viert. Der Balkon hat eine überragende Aussicht auf die Lorenzkirche und auf die Burg von Nürnberg.

Hey everybody!
time has come for me to move out of our beautiful flat and therefore my room will be available from 1st of September on.
The room is 12m² big and fully furnished, including one big bed, a nightstand, one desk and one chair, one shelf and one closet.
Bathroom and kitchen are to be shared with 3 other flatmates. Our balcony with a fantastic view above Nürnberg (Lorenzkirche and castle) invites you to enjoy cozy evenings with your friends.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt und hat alle möglichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Haustür. Die Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen (Rewe, Netto, dm, Rossmann,...).
Die Öffentlichen sind circa auch 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Haltestelle Aufseßplatz hat die Anbindungen an die U1 und ebenfalls zu der Tram 5 und 6. Zum Hbf braucht man circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Innenstadt circa 15 Minuten.
Zur TH Nürnberg fährt man mit der Tramlinie 5 ca. 10 min und zur FAU sind es ebenfalls nur ca. 15 min.

The apartment is located in the southern part of the city and has all kinds of restaurants and shopping right on the doorstep. The supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes (Rewe, Netto, dm, Rossmann,...).
Public transport is about 3 minutes walk away. The station Aufseßplatz has connections to the underground U1 and also to the tramway line 5 and 6. It takes about 6 minutes by foot to the main station and about 15 minutes to the city centre.
The tram line 5 to the TH Nürnberg takes about 10 minutes and the FAU is also only about 15 minutes away.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit (zumindest einigermaßen :D) und Rücksichtnahme gegenüber den anderen Mitbewohnern. Bei uns ist eigentlich immer was los, egal ob Kochen mit Freunden, gelegentliche WG-Abende oder Partys, oder einfach nur auf dem Balkon gemütlich den Abend ausklingen lassen. Wir ziehen uns nach einem anstrengenden Uni- oder Arbeitstag aber auch gerne mal in unser Zimmer zurück und entspannen ein bisschen :) Im August werden 2 neue Mitbewohner einziehen und ab Oktober ist auch noch das vierte Zimmer wieder zu vermieten. Bei der Nachmietersuche bist du selbstverständlich dann mit eingeschlossen!
Die Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr nett und machen nie Probleme, auch wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Da sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock befindet, lässt sich die Aussicht vom Balkon nicht lumpen und man hält sich auch gleich noch fit!

We appreciate cleanliness (at least to a certain degree :D) and respect towards other flatmates. There is always something going on here, no matter if cooking with friends, occasional evenings or parties, or just relaxing on the balcony. But we also like to retire to our room after an exhausting university or work day and relax a bit. In August 2 new flatmates will move in and from October on the fourth room will be available for rent again. Of course you will be included in the search for a new tenant!
The neighbours are also very nice and never cause any problems, even if it gets a little louder. Since the apartment is on the 4th floor, the view from the balcony is not that bad and you're also keeping yourself fit ;)
Da der Vermieter hier nicht direkt wohnt ist die Warmmiete von 320 Euro ein fixer Preis, der monatlich auf dessen Konto überwiesen werden muss. Das Internet muss dennoch die WG zahlen und die Kosten werden untereinander aufgeteilt. Reparaturarbeiten oder Erneuerungen an der Wohnung können mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden und werden immer vom Vermieter übernommen. Es kommen also keine zusätzlichen Kosten mehr dazu.

Since the landlord does not live here directly, the warm rent of 320 euros is a fixed price, which must be transferred monthly to his account. However, the internet has to pay the flat share and the costs are divided amongst each other. Repair work or renovations of the apartment can be arranged with the landlord and are always taken over by the landlord. So there are no additional costs.
