Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für den August ab dem 11.08., bei Möglichkeit auch gerne früher oder spätestens ab dem 15.08.!
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc.! Es ist sehr hell und 20q, groß.
Es gibt außerdem ein Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher.
Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und das Bad mit Badewanne hat ein Fenster.
Ansonsten gibt es einen wirklich großen Balkon, der von der Küche aus zu begehen ist.
Die Lage ist super, direkt am Aufseßplatz. U-Bahn-Haltestelle und Tram-Haltestelle sind quasi vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die Innenstadt nur 7-10 min entfernt. Man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.
Du würdest bis September mit meinem Mitbewohner Andreas wohnen, er ist Anfang/Mitte 20 und studiert mit mir zusammen an der FAU. Er arbeitet allerdings auch schon und ist daher von morgens bis Nachmittags arbeiten. Wichtig für das WG-Leben ist, dass man einfach sauber und ordentlich ist und ansonsten ist es einfach sehr entspannt =)
