Dein Zimmer hat ein Fenster, einen Boden, vier Wände und ne Tür. Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug, Juchu. Dafür hast du dann aber den wunderschönen Ausblick von deinem Balkon aus über den Hinterhof und sobald ein paar Sonnenstrahlen herauskommen kann man super draußen sitzen.
Leider haben wir kein Wohnzimmer, aber die Küche (oder Bastis Zimmer) eignen sich hervorragend für einen WG-Abend...
Klo und Bad sind getrennt, das hilft ungemein in unserer Workaholic-WG pünktlich sauber zu werden. Beim Bad ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass von dort ein Fenster in Richtung Küche geht und man dieses gerne als Konzertbühne betrachten kann (Und eine Waschmaschine drinnen steht).
Ein Kellerabteil gibt es auch, benutzen wir aber nicht. Unser Abstellkämmerchen hingegen schon.
Im Hinterhof kannst du dein Fahrrad sicher parken.
Your room’s got four walls, a floor and one door. The flat is on the fourth floor an we don’t have an elevator, yeah.
But you've got a wounderful view over the rooftops of Nürnberg from your balcony and as soon as the weather gets warm you can enjoy some evenings out there.
We don’t have a shared living room but the kitchen is big enough for a fun evening with your roommates.
Toilettes and bathroom are seperated that’s quite helpfull when we’re all rushing to work.
The bathroom has a small window shared with the kitchen, so if you’re singing in the shower this is your karaoke stage. And there’s a washing mashine inside.
We have a basement compartment we’re not using it but there’s a lot of space and you can park your bike safely.
Wir sind hier so gut angebunden, dass du sogar von deinem Bett aus die Tram-vibes spüren kannst. (Die 6,7 und 8 fahren in alle möglichen Richtungen, zu Fuß bist du in gut 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und auch am Aufseßplatz für nen dm/Rossmann in ähnlich weiter Distanz)
Ansonsten sind denn's, Rewe, Penny, Norma oder Lidl in unmittelbarer Nähe um leckeres Essen kaufen zu können.
Auch super viele Dönerläden oder ähnliches kannst du hier sehr leicht finden.
Für Freizeitaktivitäten ist das Südstadtbad direkt ein paar Häuser weiter und auch Spielcasinos wenn es dir danach dünkt.
There are three different Tram Lines (Number 6,7 and 8) leaving in different directions in front of the house. It is a ten minute walk to the central station and the Aufseßplatz. Supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Netto , Penny and Denns are all close by. And there are a lot of good Take away and delivery restaurants around.
If you’d like to take a swim there’s the Südstadtbad around the corner.
Nach zwei schönen gemeinsamen Jahren verlassen Lea und Susi schweren Herzens die WG. Basti, ein tiefenentspannter Zocker in der Ausbildung zum Hotelfachmann, ist somit das älteste WG-Mitglied. Gerade frisch eingezogen ist Leo, der seine erste Erwachsenen Arbeitsstelle in Weisenburg angetreten hat. Durch den Mix liegt die Gestaltung des WG Lebens also mit in eurer Hand, in der alten Konstellation gab es einen wöchentlichen WG Abend und gemeinsame Chaos Kochaktionen, es besteht also Potenzial und Leo und Basti wollen auch weiterhin keine Zweck WG sondern ein heiteres Zusammenleben.
Noch wichtig zu wissen: Leo ist Franzose, deshalb wird sich in der WG jetzt hauptsächlich auf Englisch verständigt, aber keine Scheu, das sitzt bei keinem von uns perfekt.

After two joyfull years Lea and Susi are leaving the flat. So Basti whos a very chilled gamer learning to be a Hotel manager is the oldest flatmate staying. Leo who just moved in is working his first adult Job in Weisenburg.
So the crowd is mixing and you’ve got influence on the future flat life.
Leo is from France so the flat language is English but don’t be shy ours is still in progress.

In der Miete sind quasi alle Kosten mit inbegriffen (Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung) nur GEZ zahlen wir gesondert.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 15.10. frei, Einzug wäre aber schon ein paar Tage früher möglich, je nach Absprache.
Wenn wir euer Interesse geweckt haben und Ihr weder Nazis noch Corona Leugner seid schreibt uns gerne ein bisschen was über euch und wir lernen uns kennen, auch gerne über Zoom.
The rent is 340€ for everything (water, heat, electricity) just the fee for radio and television is 4,50€ extra per month.
The room’s free from the 15th of October but it would be possible to move in a few days earlier we could make arragements.
