Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Altbauwohnung im 1. OG. Deshalb zeichnet es sich vor allem durch seine hohen Decken aus. Es hat auch einen kleinen Erker, weshalb durch die Fenster viel Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt. Was es insbesondere auszeichnet, ist der wunderschöne, bunte Stuck an der Decke. Bevorzugt wäre die Übernahme der Möbel des Zimmers (Bett inkl. Matratze, Kleiderschrank, IKEA-Regal, Kommode).
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine geräumige und vollständig ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne sowie auch ein Gäste- bzw. Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibt es hinter dem Haus einen kleinen Innenhof, wo auch eine Garage vorhanden ist, in der du z. B. dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
The room is located in an old building apartment on the 1st floor. Therefore, it is characterized mainly by its high ceilings. It also has a small bay window, which is why a lot of daylight comes into the room. What distinguishes it in particular is the beautiful, colorful stucco on the ceiling. The takeover of the furniture of the room (bed incl. matress, closet, shelf, chest of drawers) is very gladly seen.
The apartment itself has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower bath and a guest room/living room, too. Behind the house is a small courtyard with a garage, where you could store e.g. your bike.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Aufseßplatz und daher ist alles was man so braucht in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Linie U1 in 2min, Rewe, DM, Rossmann oder Bäckereien in 5min. Etwas weiter weg, ca. 15 min befindet sich noch ein Aldi. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt und in die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß in 10-15 min.
The apartment is located directly at the Aufseßplatz and therefore everything you need is reachable in a few minutes. The subway line U1 in 2min, Rewe, DM, Rossmann or bakeries in 5min. A little further away, about 15 min is another Aldi. The central train station is about 10 minutes walk away and you can get to the city center by walking about 10-15 min.

Du wirst mit Michi (30) und Daria (26) zusammen wohnen. Michi ist berufstätig als Webentwickler und Daria studiert an der Hochschule ihren Master in Marketing. Sie sind sehr sympathische, offene und unkomplizierte Personen, mit denen man immer nette Gespräche haben kann.
Das WG Leben war bisher sehr harmonisch, wir sind keine Zweck WG, sondern machen das ein oder andere Mal auch etwas zusammen oder quatschen einfach in der Küche. Wir würden uns daher wünschen, dass du auch offen für ein bisschen WG Leben bist und Interesse daran hast.
You will live together with Michi (30) and Daria (26) in this shared accommodation (WG). Michi is working as a web developer and Daria is studying her Master in Marketing at the university. They are very likeable, open and uncomplicated people with whom you can always have nice conversations.
The WG-life has been very harmonious so far, we doing the one or other time also something together or just chat in the kitchen. We would therefore wish that you are also open to and interested in a little WG life.
