(room about 24m2, south side all windows and balcony) in nuernberg, nearby S-bahn stop Gleisshammer. Only few minutes away from whörder wiese.
Flat has 82m2, few minutes by foot away from S-Bahn (5 minutes to central station) and bus stop (line 43 & 44). stores available also in walking, pharmacy, bakery (best in town I guess), pizza and others.
The flat is fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washing maschine. It has 3 rooms – the other 2 guys are really super and like making fun together.
There is bathroom with shower and WC, seperate WC, central room for all, telefone, internet, cable TV included. Price about 325€ plus 80€ Nebenkosten/Hz; furniture etc. for the room is available, if needed.
