ONLY FOR FEMALES
Fully furnished single room on 1st floor in a FEMALE dorm for rent from 1 October, 2023. The room comes with a bed and mattress, cupboards, chest of drawers, desk, two chairs and a sink. The room has 2 windows which brings in enough sunlight.
There are 4 washrooms on the floor. You share one with another girl. There is a washing machine and dryer in each floor, 2€ for the washing machine while the dryer is free. A vacuum cleaner is also available for the floor.
The kitchen is shared among the 8 floor mates. It is equipped with stoves, drawers, shelves, refrigerator, backoven,small freezer and 2 tables with chairs. You have to bring your own utensils.
The dorm is in a quite residential area. 8 mins walk to Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. There is a tram station 5 mins away from the dorm. Walkable distance to TH Nürnberg and city centre.
There is a Penny and Norma across the street. Rewe and Lidl at a walkable distance.
Relaxed female dorm of international students studying at TH Nürnberg and FAU or any university in Bavaria. There is no cleaning schedule but everyone makes sure to clean the kitchen after use. A lady comes 2-3 times a week to dispose waste and clean the common area. There is a common room on the ground floor with a piano. All costs are included in the rent.
It is important to keep the room and the washroom clean and tidy. If you are interested, please write to me about yourself, why you want the apartment, what you do , rental period as well how you intend to pay the rent.
The room is long term and city registeration is possible.
