Das Zimmer ist frisch und hell, aber unmobiliert. Die Küche und Toilette verfügen über Grundaustattung und sind nutzbereit (kleiner Kühlschrank, Regale, Essschrank, 2 Herdplatten in der Küche; Handtuchhalter, 1 Regal, Spiegel im Bad) Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Der Laminatboden wurde in der ganzen Wohnung vor etwa halben Jahr verlegt. In der Wohnung wurde nicht geraucht.
Um einen Besichtigunstermin auszumachen, ruft mich am besten einfach an, oder schreibt mir.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind auch zu Fuß in 10-15 Min erreichber; Bus und Tramhaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe

- sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Hausmeister
- Tiefgaragenstellplatz im selben Haus für 26 Euro mntl. nach Wunsch verfügbar
