Die WG liegt ca 10 geh Minuten östlich des Bahnhofs in guter Anbindung zu den Straßenbahnlinien 6,7 und 8 (jeweils ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der gleichen Entfernung ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden (Penny, Rewe, Norma. Außerdem ein etwas weiter entfernter Lidl und Edeka).

The flat is located within 10 minute walking distance from the main train station, with good connection to trams 6,7, and 8 (around 3 min away). Plenty of shopping possibilities close nearby (Penny, Rewe, Norma. Also a bit further away Lidl and Edeka).

Das Zimmer wird möbliert abgegeben (500 Euro für alles: Bett, Schreibtisch, Ikea Kleiderschrank, Kommode mit drei Schubladen, Kleiderständer, Drehstuhl,3 kleine Stühle, Gardinen, Lampe. Details können wir privat absprechen.)
Kaution muss auch hinterlegt werden.
