There is a 15 qm room available. The room comes furnished with a big cupboard, study table, chair, 2 side tables & single bed. The rent includes everything; heating, water, wifi and satellite tv so there is no extra cost above the rent. There are a few lamps and a ceiling light so the room is well lit. The room also has a balcony which is really nice in the summer and brings lots of light into the room during the day. There is a washing/drying facility in the building as an added benefit.There is a full kitchen with lots of pots and pans to use.
It is super close to TH; walk about 10 minutes and the bus 36 stop is very close. You can also reach FAU WISO by the same 36 bus in about 10 minutes and a bicycle ride is 15 minutes. The Hauptbahnhof is only a 20 minute walk and bus 44 from the door of the house takes you there in 5 minutes. There is also a close tram stop called Scheulstraße. Rewe & Lidl are walking distance. The St Peter dormitory is only 2 mins away so there's a lot of students in the area.
One of the roommates is a student at TH OHM and the other roommate is working. Internationals are more than welcome as the building has a lot of different people from different nationalities. Everyone has their private space.
