Geneigte LeserIn :) Willkommen in der Schweiggerstr.-WG! Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Unsere schöne Wohnung wurde erst vor 3 Jahren renoviert und von der Vermieterin voll ausgestattet.
Im Zimmer befinden sich deshalb ein 1,40m Bett inkl. Matratze, 1 kleiner Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, 2 Sideboards und 1 Kallax / Expedit (1x4). (Alle anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände im Zimmer nimmt der Vormieter mit)
Die große und helle Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich sind optimal zum gemeinsamen Kochen und für das ein oder andere Bierchen am Abend oder Wochenende.
Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist mit geschätzten 30m² das größte (die Grundfläche ist wirklich riesig, wird jedoch durch die Dachschrägen eingeschränkt).
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450€ und beinhaltet Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet & GEZ.

Dear Reader :) welcome to Schweiggerstr.-WG! We are looking for a new flatmate. Our beautiful apartment was renovated only 3 years ago and is fully equipped by the landlord.
In the room are a 1.40m fully equipped bed with matress, 1 small desk, wardrobe, 2 sideboards and 1 Kallax / Expedit (1x4). (All other items displayed on the room pictures are from the previous flatmate.)
The large and bright kitchen with living and dining area is nice for having dinner & beer in the evening or weekend.
This room is the biggest in the whole flat and comes with approx. 30 sqm but is a bit limited by the ceiling & corners.
The monthly rent payment is 450€ und covers everything (electricity, water, heating, internet & GEZ)
ÖPNV, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Dönerläden befinden sich direkt in der Straße und auch die TH und der Wöhrder See sind nicht weit!
Public transportation, supermarkets and Döner are right down the street and the TH (Ohm) and Wöhrder See are not far away either!
Unsere WG besteht aus Sangmu, Franzi und Cezary.
Franzi (24 Jahre) arbeitet im Bereich Marketing & Start-ups. In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie gerne und genießt sonnige Tage am See, im Park oder im Biergarten mit Freunden.
Sangmu ist 24 Jahre alt. Sie arbeitet in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, hat ein Faible für koreanische TV-Shows und liest, sportelt und kocht gern.
Cezary ist 27 und arbeitet als Assistenzarzt, er ist gern unterwegs, spielt gern eine Runde Tischtennis und ist Volleyball-begeistert.
Wir sind alle sehr aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeiten und wünschen uns ein lebendiges und harmonisches WG-Leben.
Die WG befindet sich seit 01.06.21 in dieser Konstellation, so kannst du dich ohne Probleme schnell in die neue Gemeinschaft einleben.
In der bisherigen Konstellation haben wir zusammen gekocht, gechillt, gespielt & gesportelt. Wir hoffen, dass die Stimmung auch mit dir so entspannt bleibt. :)

Our flat consists of Sangmu (23 y., working), Franzi (23 y., working) and Cezary (27 y., working).
We are all very open-minded personalities and wish to have a lively and harmonious WG life.
Until now we have often cooked together, chilled, played and doing sports . We hope that the atmosphere will stay as relaxed with possibly YOU :)

Die Ablöse von 50 Euro bezieht sich auf zusätzliche Einrichtungsgegenstände im Gemeinschaftsbereich, die Gemeinschaftlich von der vorigen WG-Belegschaft angeschafft wurde. (1 Regal, 1 TV Schrank, diverse Küchengegenstände & Behälter. Alter: 12 Monate)
Wichtig: Wir haben einen wechselnden, fairen Putzplan. Jede/r Mitbewohner/in hat einen bestimmten Dienst pro Woche, der wöchentlich wechselt (Küche, Boden, Bad, Müll/Wohnzimmer)
