Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem guten Mitbewohner bis Oktober dieses Jahres. Ich biete ein sehr ruhiges und friedliches Zimmer, in dem Sie sehr gut schlafen können. Die Wohnung ist im Allgemeinen sehr komfortabel mit einem Wohnzimmer, einer geräumigen Küche, einem kleinen Badezimmer und einem schönen Balkon. Auch in der Nähe von Grünflächen, in der Nähe des Zentrums und ganz in der Nähe der TH-Ohm. Außerdem gibt es eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle an der Ecke, die Sie in 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Was mich persönlich betrifft, so bin ich Kubaner, arbeite Vollzeit und würde gerne jemanden für ein paar Monate zu Hause haben. Leider müsste der Mitbewohner ein Bett suchen, das wäre das Einzige, was er bräuchte.

I am looking for a good flatmate until October this year. I offer a very quiet and peaceful room where you can sleep very well. The flat is generally very comfortable with a living room, a spacious kitchen, a small bathroom and a nice balcony. Also close to green areas, near the centre and very close to TH-Ohm. There is also a tram stop on the corner that takes you to the main train station in 7 minutes.
As for me personally, I am Cuban, work full time and would love to have someone stay at home for a few months. Unfortunately the flatmate would need to find a bed, that would be the only thing he would need.

Busco un buen compañero de piso hasta octubre de este año. Ofrezco un cuarto bien silencioso y tranquilo, donde se duerme muy bien. El apartamento en general es muy cómodo con un salón, cocina amplia, un pequeño baño y un lindo balcón. También cerca de áreas verdes, cerca del centro y muy cerca de la TH-Ohm. Además en la esquina a 1 min a pie está una estación de tranvía que te lleva en 7 min a la estación central.
De mí persona, soy cubano, trabajo a tiempo completo y me gustaría tener a alguien por un par de meses en casa. Lamentablemente, el compañero de piso debería de buscarse una cama, sería lo único que el necesitaria.
Con gusto atiendo a quien esté interesado en el piso y estoy dispuesto también a hacer visitas online. Escribame sin problemas.
