Das Zimmer hat ca 17 qm und ist möbliert.
Zur Verfügung stehen dir ein Bett, 3 Kommoden als Stauraum, eine Kleiderstange, ein großer Schreibtisch und eine kleine Couch. Ein Parr Pflanzen habe ich zudem. Das wäre super wenn sich um diese gekümmert werden könnten. <3
Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und Bad. Ein kleines Wohnzimmer haben wir sogar auch noch. Dort treffen wir uns gelegentlich zum Filme und Serien gucken. Die meiste Zeit gilt jedoch die Küche als Treffpunkt.

The room has 17 sm and ist furnished.
There will be a Bed, 3 dressers, a clothes rail a big desk and a little sofa in the sublet room. I also have a few plants. Would be great if you could take care of them <3
There's also a shared kitchen with all the devices you could think of and a shared bathroom. We also do have living room, where we watch movies together from time to time. Mostly, we catch up in the kitchen to hang out together.
Die WG ist in Gostenhof-West. Zur Ubahn-Station Bärenschanze sind es jeweils 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Frankenschnellweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Wiesengrund und diverse Kneipen und Biergärten/Restaurants sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Jedoch ist der Block von Gostenhof, in dem wir wohnen eher ein Wohngebiet. Also relativ ruhig.

The Wg is in Gostenhof-West. To get to the subwaystation Bärenschanze you need to walk 7 Minutes. You are in the city centre within 10 Minutes by bike.
Grocerie-shopping places are also nearby.
The Wiesengrund and many bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Nonetheless is the place where we live very quiet.
Da ich für ein Praktikum für ein halbes Jahr nach München ziehe, werde ich mein WG Zimmer untervermieten.
Du würdest also mit Clara (23), Designstudentin und Judith (27), welche gerade eben ihre Masterarbeit in Kulturgeografie abgegeben hat, zusammen wohnen.
Uns ist uns allen ein gemeinschaftliches und achtsames Wohnen wichtig. In unserer Freizeit gehen wir gerne mal zusammen was trinken, im Sommer schwimmen oder kochen in der WG Abends was zusammen. Wir sind keine Party WG aber Freund*innen zu Besuch sind immer wieder mal da und auch gerne gesehen!

Because I'm doing an internship in Munich for half a year, I will be subletting my room in Nuremberg from Oktober to mid-March.
You would be living together with Clara (23), a design student and Judith (27), who just graduated her masters degree in cultural geographics.
For us all it's very important to feel good and cozy at home. In our free time we like to have a few drinks, go swimming in summer or cook together. We are not a party-WG but we always appreciate friends coming over!

Falls der Zeitraum von Oktober bis Mitte März nicht ganz optimal passt, dann scheue dich nicht uns trotzdem zu schrieben. Ein Wenig flexibel bin ich :)
