Das Zimmer ist wunderbar groß und bietet auf den 16m² genug Platz sich gemütlich einzurichten.
Den Großteil der Möbel nehme ich mit, das Bett kann bei Bedarf abgekauft werden.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung über 100m² + einen tollen Balkon. Neben Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einem separatem WC gibt es noch eine hochwertige Küche mit Esstisch & Spülmaschine. Von der Küche aus kommst du auf den Balkon, der auch einige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten beinhaltet und darüber hinaus noch Platz bietet um sich Pflanztechnisch auszutoben.
Sperrige Dinge, können im Keller untergestellt werden. Im Innenhof gibt es einen Stellplatz für Fahrräder.

The room is wonderfully large and offers enough space on the 16m² to furnish comfortably.
I am taking most of the furniture with me, the bed can be bought if required.
In total, the apartment has over 100m² + a great balcony. In addition to the bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate WC, there is also a high-quality kitchen with dining table and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access the balcony, which also has some cozy seating areas and also offers space to plant.
Bulky items can be stored in the cellar. There is a parking space for bicycles in the inner courtyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Szeneviertel Gostenhof, mit der optimalen Lage zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
In die eine Richtung befindet sich die S-Bahn Haltestelle "Rothenburger Straße", 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die andere Richtung bist du in 10 Minuten am Plärrer, DER Haltestelle in Nürnberg, wo alle 3 U-Bahn Linien halten und darüber hinaus noch einige Straßenbahnlinien. Du bist alles super angebaut und erreichst jede Ecke von Nürnberg und die umliegenden Städte ruck-zuck.
Ein Lidl ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Bioladen "ebl" sogar nur 5 Minuten. Die Fürther Straße mit einer Vielzahl and Bars, Cafes und Restaurants ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the trendy Gostenhof district, with optimal access to all public transportation.
In one direction, the S-Bahn stop "Rothenburger Straße" is a 7-minute walk away. In the other direction you are in 10 minutes at the Plärrer, THE stop in Nuremberg, where all 3 subway lines stop and also some tramlines. You are very well connected and can reach every corner of Nuremberg and the surrounding cities in no time.
A "Lidl" supermarket is an 8-minute walk away, and the organic food store "ebl" is only 5 minutes away. The Fürther Straße with a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants is also just around the corner.
In der WG wohnt aktuell Anica, die gerade noch ihre Ausbildung fertig macht, und XY, die gerade erst für ein Praktikum bei adidas her gezogen ist.
Beide sind entspannt, freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Die WG ist keine Zweck WG, aber natürlich bekommt jeder seine Ruhe wenn er sie braucht.
In der Küche und auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar Quatschen und gemeinsame Aktivitäten planen :)

Anica, who is still finishing her apprenticeship, and Ludovica, who has just moved here for an internship at adidas, are currently living in the shared flat.
Both are relaxed, friendly and open-minded. The flat share is not supposed to be a "crash pad", but intended to socialise. Of course everyone gets their peace and quiet when they need it.
The kitchen and balcony are great for chatting and planning activities together :-)
Da ich derzeit der Hauptmieter bin, suche ich jemanden, der wieder die Hauptmiete übernimmt. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr entspannt und engagiert. Die Zusammenarbeit war immer unproblematisch.
Falls das für dich in Ordnung ist und du ab Mitte Mai ein Zimmer im wunderschönen Gostenhof suchst, dich auf eine coole WG freust und kein Einzelgänger*in bist, dann bist du hier genau richtig!

As I am currently the main tenant, I am looking for someone to take over the main tenancy again. The owner of the apartment is very relaxed and easy to approach. Working together has always been unproblematic.
