Hallo ihr, ich bin während der Semesterferien unterwegs und würde gerne mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Es ist möbliert. Bett, Schrank, Futonrolle, Komode, Regal und Schreibtisch.
Ich räum dann was frei, da es ja zur Zwischenmiete ist.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, direkt auf die Gostenhofer Hauptstraße (super zum Leute beobachten ;))
die Wg insgesamt ist 110qm groß hat getrenntes Klo und Bad.
Meine Mitbewohner sind leider nicht so oft zuhause. Aber manchmal schaffen wir es doch mal was zusammen zu kochen.
Leider zieht jetzt eine Mitbewohnerin um, deswegen steht noch ein zweites Zimmer zu Verfügung!
