Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß. Durch 2 große Fenster ist es schön hell und gemütlich. Die Wände sind weiß, bis auf eine, die ist rosa. Streich ich aber gerne wieder weiß, falls rosa jetzt nicht so deine Farbe ist;)
Zusätzlich bekommst du zwei super Mitbewohner, die auch gerne mal für ein Bierchen oder ne Runde quatschen in der Küche zu haben sind.

Super Lage im beliebten Szeneviertel Gostenhof/ Bärenschanze, nur 2min zur Ubahn Bärenschanze. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck, wie Bäcker, Metzger, türkischer Gemüseladen, Aldi, Norma etc. Außerdem natürlich nicht weit weg vom Szenecafe Regina und anderen tollen Kneipen.
In 5 Min ist man zu Fuß in den Pegnitzauen oder am Westbad.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG! Die 2 Jungs sind ordentlich also keine Angst es herrscht kein Chaos.
Bonus ist natürlich der Putzmann, der alle 2 Wochen die Komplette Wohnung saubermacht:)
