Angeboten wird ein Zimmer in einem uralten Hinterhaus. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 45 Jahren zum letzten Mal saniert und hat keine Heizung. Es gibt einen Holz-Kohle-Ofen in der Wohnung. Die Dusche steht in einer Ecke in der Küche improvisiert. Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der vorher eine Künstlerin ihr Atelier hatte. Ein anderer Mitbewohner wohnt auchnoch hier. Das Zimmer was noch frei ist, ist sehr groß, ca. 20 qm (grob geschätzt). Toilette ist außerhalb der Wohnung und Bad gibt es nicht wirklich, nur eine Dusche mit Vorhand in der Ecke von der Küche.
Die Miete bezieht sich auf ein Zimmer inklusive Nebenkosten.
