Da mein lieber Mitbewohner zurück in die Heimat ist, und ich in Mai umziehen werde, suche ich ein passenden Zwischenmieter/in für seine 14 qm Zimmer im 65qm 2er WG in Gostenhof. Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und ist gut ausgestattet: WLAN, EBK, Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC.
im Zimmer steht noch das wichtigste am Möbeln: einen Dopplebett mit Matraze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Regal, und Wäschehänger. Für der jenige der in Nürnberg erst Fuss fasst oder selbst auf der Wohnungssuche ist ideal. Die Möbeln werden mitte April entsorgt oder können nach Absprache behalten werden.
5 Min. zu Fuss von U-Bahn Gostenhof oder Bärenschanze, nette Bars, Cafés, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und nicht mal 10 Minuten Radfahrt in der Altstadt.
Das soll kein Hotel Ersatz sein, aber auch kein Party.
Da ich viel arbeite und bald umziehen muss, werde es auch teilweise Unordnung geben im Wohnberreich, aber wichtig ist das alles relativ sauber bleibt. man soll sich auch wenn's kurz ist gut leiden können...
