Wir sind Lisa und Ludwig, studieren Grafikdesign und Kunst und wohnen im schönen Gostenhof.
Ich, Lisa ziehe im Mai für ein halbes Jahr Praktikum aus, mein Zimmer (ca. 25 m²) ist demnach bis September frei. Miete liegt bei 300 Euro. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad (mit Fußbodenheizung und Badewanne!) einen schönen Dielenboden und einen Charme mit der richtigen Dosis an abgefuckter Altbaugemütlichkeit - uns gefällts hier super! Der Pegnitzgrund - ein Park direkt am Fluss, liegt genau auf der anderen Seite der Fürther Straße, außerdem gibts in unserem Stadtteil viele schöne Bars und Kneipen.
Gern würden wir dich mal auf einen Kaffee, Tee, Bier, Wein, Kaba, oder einen Chailattemitsojamilchundsüßstoffanstattkristallzucker zu uns einladen, um das Eis zu brechen ;) Everyone's welcome!

We are Lisa and Ludwig and we study Graphic Design and Arts. We're living in beautiful Gostenhof (Metrostation Baerenschanze).
Lisa is moving out for 5 months, so her room (25m²) will be free until the end of September. It costs 300 Euros per month. The flat has 3 rooms, a kitchen with dishwasher (gorgeous) and a bathroom with bathtub and floor heating - even more gorgeous). There'll be a nice wooden floor in your room and the flat itself is a mixture between old-building-charme and quirky-cosiness. We love it!
The Park Pegnitzgrund - is on the other side of the main Fuerther Street, right next to the river Pegnitz. Furthermore, there are loads of bars and pubs around here.
We'd love to meet you, so just come over or give us a call. (Skype is possible as well)
