This 18 m² room is the biggest of the household. It´s super bright and get´s you a view a quiet and peaceful view on the courtyard.
Our 115m² 1st Floor Apartment has 3 rooms, 1 leaving room, 1 Open Kitchen with an area to have lunch/dinner, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets, as well as an extra room that you can use for multiple reason (Sport, Laundry, or even inviting friends to sleep).
We also have a common courtyard with the neighboring apartment, with the possibility to use the BBQ and even a Ping Pong Table. This we usually only use during the Summer Time ;)
We are living in Gostenhof, a neighbourhood which is 5 minutes from the City Center by Foot, and 2 minutes away to U1 which gives you direct access to everywhere in town. Hauptbahnohf is 20 minutes walking distance / 5minutes Metro.
Airport is 20 minutes away door to door with Metro.
On a side note, we also live 5 minutes away from Rothenburger Strasse, which is the Adidas Bus Stop to go to the Office.
We have very nice restaurant and brunch place around the corner. If you are a Kebab amateur, we also have the best Döner in town up the street.
We also have Supermarket close by (Edeka 3 minutes away, Lidl 6 minutes away, Bio Market in front of our home)
We are Pierre and Sushil, both 27 years, both from outside of Germany (France and India), both working at adidas.
We speak French, English and Spanish, and while our German skills are limited, we are getting slowly but surely there and would not mind at all leaving with a German Native Speaker.
We are sport enthusiast, Sushil being a huge Football fan - work related, but also pretty chill in our daily lives.
If you like watching Series on Netflix, Playing Catan or Mario Kart, and having beers once in a while, you are in the right place.
Although this might sound a little Man driven, the previous tenant was a girl and we had an amazing time with her :)
