Ein helles WG-Zimmer (15qm) zu vermieten in netter, unkomplizierter 2er WG. Gemeinsame Benutzung von Wohnzimmer, Gästezimmer, Küche und Bad (komplett möbliert). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, jeweils 3 Minuten zur Lorenzkirche und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Wenn du die Möbel behalten möchtest, ist dies gegen einen geringen Aufwand möglich (Nachtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Regalbrett).
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung auch vorhanden.
Im Zentrum der Altstadt
U-Bahnstation "Hauptbahnhof" in 200m Entfernung
U-Bahnstation "Lorenzkirche" in 200m Entfernung
Wöhrder Wiese in 500m Entfernung

Je nachdem, ob die Chemie stimmt ;). Mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin hat das super geklappt und wir haben oft zusammen was unternommen. Ist aber auch keine Pflicht- jede WG hat natürlich ihre eigene Dynamik.
