Hallo, ich werde ca ein Monat nicht in Nürnberg sein und möchte mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert inklusive Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und verschiedener Regale und einer großen Couch. Zudem gibt es eine kleine gemeinsame Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist (inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.). Das gemeinsame Bad hat eine Badewanne.
In der Wohnung gibts dann noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner, die beide sehr nett und sicher auch kommunikativ sind! ;)
Das Zimmer ist trotz der Lage an der Straße sehr ruhug, da sich die Wohnung in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich befindet!
Hello, I will be one month abroad, so I will rent the room for this time period. The room has about 17,qm.
The room is fully furnished including bed, writing desk, cupboard, and some shelves and a big couch. There is also a small shared kitchen (fully equiped with Washing machine and dish washer etc. )
The bathroom has a bathtub.
in the flat there will be also two other flatmates, they are both very nice and talkative people.
The room is very quiet even if it is on the streetside - but the street is a calm area, called a "play street" for kids.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, man kann wählen zwischen der U1 (Maffaiplatz, 4-5min) - damit sinds nur 2 Stationen bis zum Bahnhof und 3 bis in die Innenstadt (man braucht also nur ca 10min dahin) oder die Tram 8,9 (je 4-5min Fußweg) an der Schweiggerstr. oder an der Wodanstr. - je nachdem, ob man in die Stadt möchte, oder ob man in den nahegelegenen Erholungspark "Dutzendteich" möchte. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung auch sehr gut an die Autobahnen angebunden, sodass man auch schnell in Erlangen ist etc.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Ende der Straße am Eck (ein Bioladen) und jeweils an den Haltestellen (Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Norma oder Aldi) zu finden, wobei man dort z.T auch sehr gut parken kann falls ein Auto vorhanden ist, was aber eigentlich durch die kurzen Wege nicht notwendig ist!
Es gibt auch einige Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass auch davon reichlich geboten ist!
The transportconnection is really good!You can choose between U1 (Maffaiplatz, 4-5min) and Tram line 8 or 9 (it's 4-5 min either to "Schweiggerstr. or to "Wodanstr.") - it's always only 2-3 stations to the mainstation or to the very city centre (10 min all in allto go there)! You also can go very fast to the recreation centre "Dutzendteich" where u can find a great park to go for a walk or go jogging! it's very beautiful there!The flat si also good located to the highway, so you also can reach Erlangen qwite fast!
Supermarkets are on every corner especially at the U or Tram stations (you can choose between Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Norma or Aldi) - if u bring your own car, parking there is often no problem as well! But it's not neccessary as the ways are really short!
Also, there are some cafes and restaurants just around the corner, so it's really a nice place.
In der WG wirst du zusammen mit zwei Jungs (Studenten) wohnen. Sie sind sehr nett und man kann viel mit ihnen lachen ;) Auf unserem Balkon findet sich also sicher mal Zeit, um gemeinsam zu sitzen und zu quatschen!
In the shared flat. you will live together with two guys (students). They are both very nice and talkative people, so i am sure you will skit together outside on the balcony and talk and laugh! Also, if you are coming from abroad, you are very welcome!
