Zum Zimmer:
Das helle Zimmer ist dank seiner Ausrichtung zum Innenhof recht ruhig. Wie im Rest der Wohnung auch (ausgenommen Küche, Bad und Klo) ist Echtholzparkett verlegt, was eine sehr gemütliche Atomsphäre schafft. Vor ca. 2 Jahren sind wir direkt nach einer Komplettsanierung eingezogen. Der Raum grenzt an Vicky's Zimmer, zwei Außenwände und dem Treppenaufgang der Nachbarn über uns.
Das Zimmer wird für den Zeitraum komplett möbliert übergeben. Dies schließt ein 1,40 m Bett, Schrank, 2 Kommoden, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, Stuhl und alle Regale mit ein.
Zur Wohnung:
Ein riesiger Vorteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie das komplette Stockwerk einnimmt. Im ganzen Haus gibt es lediglich 4 Mietparteien. Neben den 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es noch ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein vom Bad getrenntes Klo, das Bad und einen Balkon. Im Keller haben wir ein eigenes abschließbares Abteil und es gibt Platz, um ein Fahrrad trocken abzustellen.
In den 600 € ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ) und du kannst die große Wohnung voll genießen.

About the room:
The bright room is rather quiet thanks to its orientation to the inner yard. As in the rest of the apartment (except kitchen, bathroom and toilet) is laid real wood parquet, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. About 2 years ago we moved in directly after a complete renovation. The room is next to Vicky's room, two outside walls and the staircase of the neighbors above us.
The room will be fully furnished for the period. This includes a 1.40 m bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, height adjustable desk, chair and all shelves.
About the apartment:
A huge advantage of the apartment is that it takes up the entire floor. There are only 4 renters in the whole house. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a shared living room, kitchen with dining area, toilet separate from the bathroom, the bathroom and a balcony. In the basement we have our own lockable compartment and there is space to store a bike.
Everything is included in the 600 € (water, heating, electricity, internet, GEZ) and you can fully enjoy the large apartment.

Die Lage ist super zentral (zu Fuß: 5 min zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Opernhaus, 11 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 min zur Breiten Gasse). So können alle Erledigungen bequem zu Fuß gemacht werden und man befindet sich innerhalb weniger Minuten mitten im Herzen Nürnbergs. Dort findet man wirklich alles und es ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen gibt es zwei Aldi-Filialen und einen City-Rewe in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
Auch die WISO oder die Ohm sind mit den Öffis, dem Rad oder zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Wenn es einen ins Grüne zieht, ist man ebenfalls schnell an der Hallerwiese, dem Pegnitzgrund oder der Wöhrder Wiese.

The location is super central ( by foot: 5 min to the subway stop Opernhaus, 11 min to the main station, 2 min to Breite Gasse). So all errands can be done comfortably on foot and you are within a few minutes in the heart of Nuremberg. There you can really find everything and it is convenient to walk. For shopping, there are two Aldi stores and a City-Rewe within a few minutes walk.
The WISO or the Ohm are also within easy reach by public transport, bike or on foot. If you are drawn to the countryside, you can also quickly reach the Hallerwiese, the Pegnitzgrund or the Wöhrder Wiese.

Die WG-Bewohner (Dave, Vicky und Chris) sind vor ungefähr 2 Jahren gemeinsam eingezogen. Wir kennen uns schon lange und haben als Freunde die WG gegründet. Daher ist das Zusammenleben sehr familiär und es kann immer etwas gemeinsam unternommen werden. Insofern es der Tagesrhythmus zulässt, sitzen wir abends oder am Wochenende gerne auf ein Bier oder einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon oder im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer auf eine Runde Mario Kart. Natürlich kann man sich aber für eigene Aktivitäten auch ausklinken und sein eigenes Ding machen.
Vicky (27) arbeitet und schläft gerne aus. Meistens findest du sie auf dem Balkon mit einer Tasse Kaffee und darfst dich gerne dazugesellen. Sie treibt manchmal gerne Sport und geht gerne mit Dave auf eine Pizza und ein Bier in die Stadt. Mit ihr kannst du dich an den Wochenenden auf einige Partien Mario Kart einlassen.
Dave (28) arbeitet teils im Büro teils im Homeoffice und ist gerne unterwegs in Nürnberg und der Umgebung. Er ist reiselustig und deswegen auch mal an den Wochenenden nicht da. Mit seiner sonnigen und ruhigen Art nimmt er dich gerne auf ein Bier und eine Pizza in die Stadt mit!
Da Chris für einige Monate ins Ausland geht, wird sein Zimmer in dieser Zeit frei und kann gerne von einer aufgeschlossenen und unternehmungslustigen Person bezogen werden.

The WG residents (Dave, Vicky and Chris) moved in together about 2 years ago. We have known each other for a long time and started the WG as friends. Therefore, living together is very family-like and there is always something to do together. As far as the daily rhythm allows, we like to sit in the evening or on the weekend for a beer or a glass of wine on the balcony or in the common living room for a round of Mario Kart. Of course, you can also opt out for your own activities.
Vicky (27) likes to work and sleep in. You'll usually find her on the balcony with a cup of coffee and welcome to join her. She sometimes enjoys sports and going out on the town with Dave for a pizza and a beer. You can get involved in a few games of Mario Kart with her on the weekends.
Dave (28) works partly in the office partly in the home office and likes to travel around Nuremberg and the surrounding area. He is travel-loving and therefore sometimes not around on the weekends. With his sunny and calm nature he likes to take you for a beer and a pizza in the city!
Since Chris is going abroad for a few months, his room will be vacant during this time and can be occupied by an open-minded and adventurous person.
