Ich suche ab dem 01.04.2015 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er WG in absoluter TOP-Lage im Zentrum von Nürnberg.
Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 14qm, ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof und ist unmöbliert, der Rest der Wohnung ist jedoch voll ausgestattet. Bitte beachte, dass es sich bei dem Zimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer zu meinem und ins Bad handelt - beide Schlafzimmer sind somit Durchgangszimmer.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein großes Bad. Eine Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr) ist im Haus ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Haus in der Frauengasse ist absolut zentral gelegen und trotz der Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahnstation Lorenzkirche und ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Fußgängerzone).
Aufgrund der Zimmersituation suche ich keine Zweck-WG, deshalb ist es mir wichtig, dich vorab kennen zu lernen.
Ich bin Studentin an der FAU im sechsten Semester, unternehmungslustig und ein unkomplizierter Mitbewohner.
