Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG im privaten Studentenwohnheim Palmenhof(Wichtig ,dass du eine Studentin oder Praktikantin bist). Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, mehreren Regalen und Vorhängen ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große Küche und zwei Bäder (1 mit Dusche und WC, das andere nur mit WC), die von den 3 Mitbewohnerinnen gemeinsam genutzt werden. Die Küche ist bereits mit allen notwendigen Kochgeräten ausgestattet, einschließlich Herd, Mikrowelle, sowie Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.
Palmenhof verfügt für alle Mieter über einen Garten mit Tischen und einem Grill, mehrere Balkone, größere Küchen (für größere Versammlungen), einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billardtisch und Kicker sowie einen Waschmaschinenraum.

The room is in a 3er WG in the private student dormitory Palmenhof(It is important that you are a student or a practicant). The room is already furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, multiple shelves and curtains.
The apartment has a very large kitchen and two bathrooms (1 has a shower and toilet, the other has a toilet only) that are shared by the 3 roommates. The kitchen already has all necessary cooking appliances, including over, stove, mirowave, as well as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
For all tenants, Palmenhof has a garden with outdoor tables and a grill, as well as several balconies, larger kitchens (in case of bigger gatherings), a common room with a pool table and kicker, as well as a laundry room.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sie befindet sich in der Altstadt.
Sie ist 2 Minuten von der UBahn Station Weißer Turm(U1) und 5 Minuten von Plärrer(U1,U2,U3) entfernt. Es gibt auch Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß, Obere Turnstraße oder Plärrer).
Die Lorenzkirche, die Frauenkirche, der Hauptmarkt und der Hauptbahnhof sind von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Die FAU Findelgasse ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die FAU Lange Gasse ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die TH Ohm - ca. 25 Minuten.
Inder Nähe der Wohnung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés.

The apartment is very central, it's situated in the Altstadt (city center).
It is 2 minutes away from the U-Bahn station Weisser Turm, and 5 minutes away from the U-Bahn station Plaerrer. There are also tram and bus stations nearby (5 minutes walking, Obere Turnstrasse or Plaerrer).
THe apartment is also walking distance from Lorenzkirche, Frauenkirche, Hauptmarkt, Hauptbahnhof. The FAU Findelgasse is 10 minutes away walking, FAU Lange Gasse is 20 minutes away walking, the TH Ohm - about 25 minutes.
There are several supermarkets near the apartment, as well as restaurants and cafes.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Kalkidan und Riley sein (beide studieren an der FAU). Sie sind beide herzliche, offene, ruhige und unkomplizierte Mädels, denen ein entspanntes Miteinander sehr wichtig ist.
Während der Besichtigung kannst du dich mit ihnen unterhalten und mehr über das WG-Leben erfahren :)

Your roommates will be Kalkidan and Riley (both students at FAU). They are both warm, open, calm and uncomplicated girls, for whom a relaxed coexistence is important.
During the tour you can talk to them and learn more about the WG life :)
