Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe suche ich für mein schönes WG-Zimmer einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß, wurde vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert (die gesamte Wohnung) und ist aufgrund der großen Fenster auch sehr hell. Möbliert ist es leider nicht aber die Jalousien habe ich neu gekauft und überlasse ich gerne.
Die WG befindet sich in einer top Lage in der Südstadt, 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Wöhrder See und zur TH, 2 Min. zur S-Bahn Dürrenhof und zur Tram. Bäckerei, Restaurants, Friseur sind auch gleich ums Eck.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Mado (23, arbeitet), Janina (20, Studentin) und Jana (18, Praktikantin). Sie sind alle voll lieb und offen, unternehmen gerne was zusammen (kochen, Spieleabend, Weekend Trips,...). Der Balkon ist super chillig mit Blick auf einen großen Kastanienbaum im Innenhof. Von den Wohnungen rundherum sind auch die meisten WGs.
