Hello Everyone,
there is one room available in this big apartment for you from September 1st until end of September / 1st of October 2023.
The apartment has 5 rooms, so 1 is available for you to move in. But everything is here: Bed, racks, shelves, you just need your clothes :)
Best connection to everything: Station in 7 minutes, 4 minutes to public transportation, 5 minutes to the city center, organic supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, restaurants are close by (by foot).
To the Wöhrder Wiese it is a short distance (5 minutes walk), but apart from the balcony we have a garden at the house. Parking spaces are right in front of the house!
Our roommate will go back to France so we are looking for another roommate. You will be living with Asha(easy going Indian working here in Nuremberg since August 2022) and me (Sarah - Chillaxed German working in Erlangen and at home who loves to go outside, enjoy life or try Korean movies 😅)
We have a cleaning lady coming every week but we would prefer a tidy and clean roommate :)
