Ich suche für August und September eine nette, freundliche Untermieterin, die gerne in einer WG lebt. Es ist eventuell auch möglich länger darin zu wohnen.
Das möblierte Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, kleiner Schrank, Regal, Garderobe) ist ca.15 qm groß und schön hell. Das Fenster zum Innenhof sorgt dafür, dass es sehr ruhig ist und nachts problemlos gelüftet werden kann.
Die WG-Wohnung besteht aus Bad mit Badewanne/WC inkl. Waschmaschine, Flur, Küche, einer Sitzecke für vier Personen und den zwei WG-Zimmern.
Die angegebene Kaltmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, z.B. Internet, Heizung, Müll, Strom.
Top Lage in unmittelbarer UNI-Nähe/Rathenauplatz! (direkt am Rand der Altstadt)
Super Verkehrsanbindung: ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathenauplatz (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus)
Sehr gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe: ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß (Rewe, Penny, Bäcker, DM, Apotheke, Schnellimbisse, Copyshop)
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 21 Jahre alt und das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist schön und sehr entspannt.
