The room is 24 m2, it has 3 large windows and a small space to fit a closet or to store other things.
The large windows make the room really bright, and it has two heaters for the cold nights in Nürnberg :)
The price includes all the extra costs (gas, water, electricity, internet, ...)
The common areas (kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet, hallway) are 33m2.
The spacious kitchen with 13m2 has space for a table.
A cellar room is also available to offer extra practical storage space.
Also, there is a separate room to keep the bicycles.
The building has a nice backyard with table, chairs, ideal to chill in a nice sunny day.
The appartment has been renovated in 2008 and it has all the basic equipment, such as washing machine, fridge, microwave...
The apartment is located in Pirckheimerstraße 84.
It is well-connected with the city center (5 minutes walking), universities...
It is 5 minutes walking from Rennweg and Maxfeld U-Bahn stations, and 10 minutes from Rathenauplatz. It is also next to Rewe (supermarket).
For those who are studing in TH, it is 15 minutes walking, 10 minutes by U-Bahn and 5 minutes by bike.
And 13 minutes walking and 4 minutes by bike from FAU Nürnberg.
The area has really nice restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops.
Natalia is 23 years old from Venezuela. She is studying in FAU and also working half-time. She is the best person to drink a beer after work.
During the weekend she likes to meet friends, walk around the city, and travel.
Belen is also 23 years old. She is from Spain. She is finishing her master degree at FAU while working as a student.She likes videogames, movies and spend time with friends.
We are both moving into this new flat in May.
We are exciting to start this new WG and find a new flatmate. We both like to spend time together but also we respect privicy and personal time.
