Hallöchen, ich ziehe aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer aus und suche deshalb ein*e Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer hat geschätzt 16m² und ist durch das Wohnzimmer erreichbar. Es gibt einen praktischen Wandschrank.
Die Möbel aus dem Zimmer nehme ich allerdings mit.
Falls du schon ein paar Tage früher einziehen möchtest, lässt sich das auch machen.
Hi there, I'm moving out of my nice room in a shared flat and am therefore looking for a new tenant.
The room has an estimated 16m² and is accessible through the living room. There is a practical closet.
However, I am taking the rest of the furniture you see in the pictures with me.
If you would like to move in a few days earlier, this can also be arranged.
Die Wohnung liegt in Maxfeld in der Nähe des Stadtparks (perfekt zum Joggen und Chillen). Die U2 und U3 sind gleich um die Ecke und von dort aus ist man in 5 Min am Hauptbahnhof. Alles, was man so braucht (verschiedene Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes), sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in Maxfeld near the Stadtpark (perfect for jogging and chilling out). The U2 and U3 are just around the corner and from there you can reach the main train station in 5 minutes. Everything you need (various supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes) are within walking distance.
Für das Bad gibt es einen Putzplan. Leider haben wir keinen Balkon aber können den Innenhof zum Rauchen und kleine Feiern benutzen.
Bisher haben wir viele Lebensmittel und Alltagsgegenstände gemeinsam gekauft. Ab und zu kochen wir auch gerne gemeinsam.
Wir Sprechen in der WG hauptsächlich Englisch.
There is a cleaning plan for the bathroom. Unfortunately, we don't have a balcony, but we can use the courtyard for smoking and small parties.
So far, we've bought a lot of groceries and everyday items together. We also like to cook together from time to time.
We mainly speak English.
