In unserer 135qm großen Altbauwohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt, werden 2 Zimmer frei. Die beiden hellen, 16 bzw. 17qm großen Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und besitzen einen Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung hat in jeder Etage ein eigenes Badezimmer und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Zusätzlich verfügen wir über einen großen 35qm großen Dachboden, der optimal als Staufläche genutzt werden kann und eine 30qm große Terasse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca 30m zur U-Bahn Station Muggenhof entfernt. Zudem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Wir, Marius (25 Jahre, Lehramsstudent) und Nico(22 Jahre, Auszubildender) suchen ab dem 01.08.2015 zwei neue freundliche und lockere Mitbewohner für unsere Wg.
Eine 1 Jahr alte Küche ist bereits vorhanden und müsste für 225€ mit übernommen werden.
Bei uns ist von Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd alles vorhanden.
