ab sofort ist ein schönes Zimmer in unserer 4er WG frei. Es kostet 260 € plus ca. 10 Euro für Internetflat und Telefonflat ins Festnetz (kommt Ende November!). Die Wohnung liegt in der Pirckheimer Str. in der Nähe des Stadtparks, d.h. ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni, eher weniger. Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und somit recht ruhig.
Wir wohnen selber alle erst seit 1. Oktober zusammen. Du kommst also in eine noch frische WG und hast noch viele Möglichkeiten dich einzubringen...
Wir freuen uns auf dich!
P.S. Besichtigung wäre super nächstes WE, vorzugsweise Sonntag nachmittag, da wir dann alle da sind.
