Hallo bei mir ist das WG Zimmer Kurzfristig frei geworden da meine Mitbewohnerin Kurzfristig ausziehen musste.
Das Zimmer ist somit ab sofort frei und kann besichtigt werden aber achtung es steht noch alles mit Kartons voll.
Zu meiner Person ich bin Tagsüber auf Arbeit und versuche Abends und am Wochenende ein Studium zu meistern somit bin ich selten zu Hause.
Ich bin auch bereit das Zimmer nur für einen Kurzen Zeitraum zu vermieten.
Im Mietpreis sind alle anfallenden Kosten der Wohnung wie Nebenkosten Strom Gas und Telefon Internet dabei.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Bus, Zug) und die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf, Ärzte, Cafe´s, Bar`s etc. sind alle zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
