Ich vermiete ein Zimmer für Dezember (gerne auch die erste Januar Woche), da ich danach ausziehe und das Zimmer noch so lange frei ist. Die Wohnung ist danach aber schon vermietet. Es handelt sich um eine gut ausgestattete Wg --> Moderne Küche, sauberes Bad mit Badewanne. Da ich selbst Anfang Dezember ausziehe, hast du die Wohnung eigentlich für dich alleine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt fahren zwei Busse und die S-Bahn ist 1 Minute von uns entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Wöhrder Wiese liegt auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
