3 x Rooms Available in a Shared Modern Flat in Central Nürnberg. Available from the beginning of March!

Hello everyone!

Looking for 3 x girls to live with in a super spacious and FULLY FURNISHED and FULLY SERVICED newly renovated apartment in the centre of historical Nuremberg!

We think it is the perfect deal: the flat is super central, the building really nice and EVERYTHING is included in the price (yes, even the internet, the towels, the bedsheets....). So perfect if you are coming from abroad as you will fit in with our international group of girls!

We have 3 rooms available

Room 1 (smallest room) - 500 euros (incl main bills and WIFI)
Room 2 - 500 euros (incl main bills & WIFI)
Room 3 (largest room) - 555 euros (incl main bills & WIFI)

The largest one: it costs 555 per month (the deposit is two months rent). This is warm miete, which means that all costs - like energy, water, heating- are included (beside for the TV license as that is nominal by law and it is like 4 euro per month): you often see ads for kalt miete, meaning costs for water and electricity are extra, but in our flat that is all that you will pay per month, nothing more! Also, this is already the NEW PRICE meaning that you do not need to worry that they will increase the rent due to the rising costs of heating in Germany expected this winter.

The rooms are perfect if you are just moving to the city: the apartment is fully serviced... everything you need to live is there (good furniture, tv, couch...), so just bring your clothes, your photos and your personality :-)

You will get a comfortable double bed, nightstand, 3 door closet, table/desk, 3 chairs, a TV, shelves and a full size sofa! All furniture is very new and in a really good state, like the rest of the flat, including kitchen fittings and furniture and the two bathrooms. Have a look at the pictures: you can even see different configurations for the room, as the room is so big that previous flatmates have changed the position of the furniture.

You also get a lot of light: the room has a full wall window overlooking an old building!

Lage
The location is absolutely great too: we are in a very quiet street located in the middle of town, behind Lorenz Kirche within the historical city walls!

The location could not be better: you have two very nice bars very close by and all that Nuremberg has to offer a further few minute away. Additionally, the train station is 7 minutes away and we are super close to two of the metro stations: Lorenz Kirche and Hauptbanhof. Koenigstrasse, one of the main streets in town and partially pedestrianized, is a minute away.

We have supermarkets, shopping centres, banks, restaurants of all sorts in walking distance, so honestly it really could not be better. It feels great also in terms of the pandemic: we can avoid using public transport to get groceries, visit a doctor or meet people in the centre, so the location doesits bit to keep us safe! The street was recently made a pedestrian area, which is an even bigger bonus, but the nearest street you can drive and park at is 10 meters away.
WG-Leben

There are 4 large rooms in the flat, plus a full bathroom and a half bathroom: it means that we have two toilets and two sinks, plus a lush full-size bathtub with shower.

We have a communal kitchen with two fridges and a table to sit three people, for when we want to hang out. There is already everything you may want or need there, but in case we see the need to replace the kitchen towels, or if a lightbulb breaks, or if we need toilet paper, we put together a few euros and someone goes and buy it. We share expenses, which are really very limited, so that everyone pays the same: think you will be spending a few additional euros per month on top of the rent for these.

We are truly fully equipped: we have bike storage and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the basement (two euros per use), rubbish room in another building and recycling facilities!

Did I mention the lift/elevator yet? Yes, you can also move in all your suitcases, groceries and more using the lift renovated last year!

My name is Lily, 27 am from England. I work from home and work in a bar a few nights a week. I am very clean, friendly and like to relax on the weekends and go for walks.

I'm very sociable but very respectful of others privacy and space. Especially with covid, l have occasional guests coming for dinner, or overnight visitors, but I like to keep it safe and not have a lot of visitors: incidentally, I am also fully vaccinated and are looking for girls who are also PRO VACCINE!

Sonstiges
Looking 3 more girls to share our flat with: only request is that you must be very committed to do your share of the weekly cleaning and be nice and tidy. This is REALLY CRUCIAL!
