The Apartment has three rooms (one of those is yours), a bathroom (toilet seperated), a kitchen and a big hallway with a storage room. It is beautifully flooded with light and has nice ceiling decorations, which I am really going to miss.
The bathroom has a washing machine and the kitchen a dishwasher :)
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer (eins davon ist/kann deines sein), ein Badezimmer (mit seperatem WC), einer süßen Küche und einem großen Flur mit einer Abstellkammer.
Das Zimmer ist schön lichtdurchflutet und hat schöne Decken-Verzierungen, welche ich vermissen werde.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Waschmaschine und die Küche eine Spülmaschine :)
It is directly located at Plärrer and has only 10 minutes walking distance to Weißer Turm, which is basically the city center ^^
It's very lively if you go to the right in direction of Plärrer but also very quiet in direction of Rosenaupark, you can take long walks along the Pegnitz which is also 5-10 mins walking distance.
You get to the tram and U-Bahn in 3 minutes by foot !
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Plärrer und hat nur 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Weißen Turm, also der Innenstadt ^^
In der Richtung, rechts, zum Plärrer ist es sehr lebhaft, jedoch Richtung Rosenaupark, links, ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm, dort kann man auch sehr schön an der Pegnitz entlang laufen, was auch nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist.
Die U-Bahn und Straßenbahn erreicht man mit 3 Minuten Fußweg!
I am living with two cool male flatmates, both are very talented musically, one plays the piano and the other one produces music - both like to cook a lot and we often share time together in the kitchen, when we meet there!
We are all very hygienic and take care of the apartment and would appreciate if that is mutual :)
We all love to read and spend time in nature, going for walks or little city trips to shop!
We love spending time together but we also appreciate having time alone :)
Ich lebe mit zwei coolen männlichen Mitbewohnern zusammen, beide sind sehr musikalisch talentiert; einer spielt Klavier und der andere produziert Musik - beide mögen es zu kochen und wir verbringen oft zusammen Zeit in der Küche, wenn wir uns dort antreffen.
Wir sind alle sehr hygienisch und kümmern uns um die Wohnung und würden es sehr schätzen wenn dies auch so bei dir ist :)
Wir mögen es alle zu lesen und Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen, zu spazieren oder auch kleine Trips in die Stadt zu machen, aber schätzen unsere Alone-Time auch sehr :)
