Ich werde das Zimmer Ende des Monats verlassen, also wollte ich eine/n neue/n Mieter/in finden.
Der Raum ist groß genug und bietet tagsüber viel Tageslicht. Es wird teilweise möbliert gegeben (ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Schrank, ein Tisch mit Stuhl und eine Lampe). Diese Möbel können gegen eine Gebühr von 150 genommen werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Küche, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um die Geräusche der anderen Mitbewohner aus ihren Zimmern machen müssen.

Hey!
I will be leaving the room by the end of the month, so I wanted to find a new tenant.
The room is big enough, with a lot of natural light during the day. It will be given partly furnished (a bed with mattress, a closet, a table with chair and a lamp). These furniture can be taken for a fee of 150.
The room is inside the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the other flatmates' noises from their rooms.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sie sind nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und in der Umgebung finden Sie viele Geschäfte:
-lidl 5 min auf Füßen,
-norma 7-8 min zu Füßen,
- Friseur, Fastfood, Apotheken und so weiter
Die U1 ist nur 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß und der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2 Stationen mit der U-Bahn.

The location is very good. You're not so far from the city centre and around the area you find a lot of shops:

Derzeit gibt es hier 3 weitere Mitbewohnern. Sie sind: Christian (aus Kamerun), Stefan (deutsch) und Katharina (deutsch). Sie sprechen auch Englisch und Christian spricht auch Französisch.
Im Allgemeinen sind sie freundlich und nett und man kann gut mit ihnen auskommen.

Currently there are 3 other flatmates here. They are: Christian(from Cameroon), Stefan(german) and Katharina(german). They speak also English and Christian speak French too.
In general they're friendly and kind and you can get along well with them.
