The room is located south-west on a quiet side street. Here you always have a lot of light and in summer it stays relatively cool thanks to the new windows and the somewhat older but renovated building. It is very well cut and everything finds its place such as the wardrobe, 1.40 bed, desk, armchair, chest of drawers, etc. The green wall can still be painted.
The location couldn't be more central, here you have 300m to the nearest tram and U-Bahn and in just 700m you are directly at the main train station. In addition to the usual supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Netto, etc.), there are also all kinds of international shops (Asian, Turkish, Iraqi, African, etc.) and restaurants. Everything else you need can be found in the city center (about 1km away). This apartment is something for everyone who wants to be in the middle of the action but at the same time wants some peace and quiet.
Your roommates are Mel, and Philipp. We are independent but we usually like spend time all together and having dinner/drinks in our living room ;-) We are all very clean and respectful.
The fee is around 100 euros, including for a recently purchased dishwasher and proportionate furnishing of the common rooms, etc. I would leave the bed in my room (IKEA-BRINMES without a mattress),lamp, a small table and drawers.
The apartment is going to be available from December 1st.
