A cozy small room part of a renovated flatshare building. The room size is approximately 12 sq. m. and features a large (semi)queen sized bed with mattress (you will.be bringing your pillows and beddings), an ample-sized cupboard with mirror that can pretty much fit your all stuff, a table and a chair for studies and keeping your to-go belongings. There is a window that opens in a quiet back porch area. The room remains bright for the whole day.
The house is situated at a vertex of a triangle that joins plärrer and gostenhof U-bahn stations both at 6-8 minutes walk. 3rd option is Obere Turnstr. Bus/Tram station situated at a 5 minute walk to the other side. Walking 9 minutes takes you to Plärrer where you can find everything from groceries to households to restaurants or anything imaginable. A 3-minute U1 from Plärrer will take you to Hauptbahnof and 1 more stop to the city center. You can also reach the city center by walking 15 minutes. The locality (Himfelshof) itself is quiet, respected, structured, and cozy.
You will be sharing the flat with Elias (26M) and Nivas (23M). Both are students like me and I'll keep it for you to ask them about what they do, their major and other stuff. The kitchen is rather small-ish but we manage it nicely and seldom have issues. Induction stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and a Microwave (we bought it) and a small table with chairs make up the kitchen which is actually adjacent to your room. Beside the kitchen directly is the washroom that has all necessary amenities. Most of the un-fitted stuff in the apartment was purchased by us and we are still comparatively new so we keep on investing slowly. You will also have a vacuum cleaner for quick cleaning. And yes, Wifi was also arranged by us and you can use it (i added the shared amount as part of your rent). We like to chat whenever any two of us meet in the kitchen and it's quite a story time when there are all 3 of us there. But of course closed doors are respected.
I'll be leaving for around 6 weeks to my home country and therefore need someone to sublet the place. Hence for this very short time period city registration/Anmeldung/KVR is not possible.
All I want and expect from you is respect the cleanliness of shared spaces and also the room, so just leave the room the same as the way you found it :)
