Suchen WG-erfahrenen Mitbewohner für unsere entspannte Berufstätigen-WG im dezenten 50er/70er Stil. Wir bieten zwei schöne Zimmer (insg. Ca. 32 m²) mit Baumblick im 1. OG für insgesamt 530 Euro Warmmiete inkl. recht zügigem Internet.
Unsere Altbauwohnung in unserem Jugendstilhaus hat neben einer geräumigen Küche mit großem Flur hohe Decken, Holzböden, einen Balkon, Abstellkammer, Keller sowie Bad und Toilette getrennt. Insgesamt ist die WG ca. 160m² groß, wir haben also Platz. Im Sommer blickt man nur ins Grüne.
Wir sind beide recht sportlich, arbeiten schon eine Weile und sind viel in den Bergen und mit unseren Bullis unterwegs. Hin und wieder findet man uns auch noch im beim Weggehn (K4, Muz,...), wir wollen aber keine Studiparty-WG mehr.
Wir schätzen das Leben in einer WG, trinken gerne mal ein Bierchen in der Küche, sind aber auch häufig selbst unterwegs. Leben und leben lassen trifft es recht gut.
Bisher hatten wir einen lockeren Putzplan, dass jeder mit anpackt, ist selbstverständlich.
