Wir (beide weiblich, 21 Jahre und 22 Jahre; Studentinnen) suchen eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner/in (vorzugsweise StudentIn) ab dem 01. Mai 2010 für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben in einer schönen 3-Zimmerwohnung in Schoppershof.
Das Zimmer ist 26m² groß, unmöbliert und ab dem 01. Mai 2010 frei. Deshalb würden wir uns über schnelle Rückmeldungen freuen.
Lage: ins Zentrum von Nürnberg dauert es mit dem Fahrrad maximal 5-10 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Es gibt außerdem eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung - U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür (20 Sekunden).
Besonderheiten: Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Hof (grillen!), komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Sofa, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Hof, Keller.
Miete gesamt: 302,- EUR (Strom, Heizung, Telefon, DSL-Flatrate, etc.)
