da ich im März im Urlaub und geschäftlich unterwegs bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in unserer 2er WG in Schoppershof.
Ein paar Eckdaten zur Wohnung bzw. dem Zimmer:
- Zimmer hat ca. 22 m², gut geschnitten und sehr hell
- Enthaltenes Mobiliar: Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Couch, Fernseher
- Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, EBK etc.)
- Trendiges Bad ;-)
- Leider kein Gemeinschaftszimmer, aber dafür einen tollen Balkon
- Gute Verkehrsanbindung: U-Bahn Schoppershof 3 Minuten zu Fuß, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe und Norma) sind direkt vor der Haustür
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 25 und berufstätig.
