wir suchen einen Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG.
Die 5-Zimmer-Wohnung ist wunderschön, kernsaniert und es lässt sich hier gut leben.
Zu dem eigenen 15qm Zimmer gibt es noch einen gemütlichen 40qm Wohn- und Essbereich und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Hohe Decken, helle Räume in topsaniertem Altbau, neue Heizung und Bad, hübscher Balkon, sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft gehören auch dazu.
Wir (Sozialpädagogin 33 und Koch 48, Gelegenheitsraucher) suchen einen entspannten und ordentlichen Mitbewohner, der abends mit uns manchmal ein Bierchen trinkt.
