ab 15. Oktober 2012 habe ich ein sonniges 19qm WG-Zimmer in der Nürnberger Altstadt an eine nette, unkomplizierte, nicht rauchende Mitbewohnerin zu vergeben. Die Whg. hat insgesamt ca. 68 qm mit Balkon und wurde 2006 modernisiert(Wärmedämmung, Zentralheizung, neue Fenster). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch und 2 Stühle).Gemeinsame Benutzung von Küche und Bad, Waschkeller.ISDN und DSL flat TV-Anschluß vorhanden.Keine Zweck-WG. Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen. Bitte wirklich nur melden, wenn weiblich und mindestens 29 Jahre alt.
sehr zentrale Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und doch ruhig_(Nebenstraße und Einbahnstraße)
ein bissel Grün ist drumherum,
es ist ganz nah zur Wöhrder Wiese und Wöhrder See und Pegnitz für frische Luft und Natur
Ganz in der Nähe:
sowohl U1_Lorenzkirche als auch U2/U3_Wöhrder Wiese,
jeweils 1 Station zum Hauptbahnhof,
diverse Busse, Taxistände
mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß ist auch super
mit mir, 39, Künstlerin
Keine Zweck-WG,sondern Sympatie
unkompliziertes Zusammenwohnen mit gleichem Engagement im Haushalt erwünscht.
gelegentlich gemeinsam Kochen und Quatschen sollte geauso
wie sich-zurückziehen-können einfach möglich sein.
