Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir haben ein gemütliches, helles Zimmer mit neuem Fenster und Heizung in einer sauberen, sehr netten 3er WG anzubieten.
Das Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und geräumig.
Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Staubsauger und allem was man sonst noch so braucht.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Flur, Bad und Küche mit Essbereich.
Fahrradstellplätze sowie Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Autoparkplätze sind auch kein Problem.
Zur WISO sind es ca. 5min Fußweg, zur OHM ca. 5-10min mit dem Fahrrad und in der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.
Außerdem in 2min bei Rewe, Penny, DM, Bäckerei, Apotheke usw. sowie jegliche Restaurants und Imbisse. Die U-Bahn/Tram Haltestelle Rathenauplatz ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Also eine top Lage! :)
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und umkompliziert.
Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet um die gewisse Grundordnung beizubehalten :)
Manchmal wird zusammen gekocht oder auch mal zusammen gefeiert.
Besichtigungstermine nach Absprache.
