ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 20m² großes helles, schön geschnittenes WG-Zimmer in meiner tollen 2er-Studenten WG direkt an der Burg in Nürnberg. Wir (Philipp & ich) wohnen seit über 5 Jahren in der Wohunung. Unser WG Leben ist sehr spontan und unkompliziert. Kochen, Trinken und Chillen ist alles drin aber auch kein muss!
Die Miete wäre erstmal für sechs Monate befristet, mit einer Option auf Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank & Schreibtisch & Couch. Die Wohnung ist 70qm² groß, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer.
