The rent is : 225 EUR + 10 EUR internet/ per month (bills included).
Deposit is 150 EUR and the furniture charge 150 EUR as well. The furniture charge includes (as seen in the pictures) :

There's a shared kitchen, a washing machine and drying stands in the flat.
There's one bathroom with a shower and one toilet that is shared by the tenants.
The flat has an excellent central location. It's 3 mins walk from the Ubah stop Weißer Turm from where there are 2 stops until the main train station.
Rewe within 4 mins walk ; shops like : Zara, H&M , DM, C&A - all within 5 mins walk.
Nightclub Schimanski is 5 mins walk as well.
As my internship has come to an end I would like to find a replacement for my room. There are 3 more people living here that are all between ages 24 and 27 and would be looking to live with someone similar. Everyone is really friendly and respect the general rules of living in a shared apartment.
