Hola! In unsere schöne und helle 2er WG wird ein Zimmer frei, da mein momentaner Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht. Das Zimmer ist 16qm, unmöbliert und hat ein riesiges Fenster Richtung Innenhof. (Richtig schön im Winter) Das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer ist super hell ab Vormittags und super gemütlich für Spieleabende/Besuche usw. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Elektroherd, neuen Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine ausgestattet.
Warmmiete ist in Höhe von: *390 EUR* (inklusiv. Internet, GEZ, Strom und Heizung)

Hola! In our nice and bright 2-person shared apartment is a room free, since my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend. The room is 16sqm, unfurnished and has a huge window facing the courtyard. (Really nice in winter) The living room/dining room is super bright (mostly all day) and super cozy for game nights/visits etc. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric stove, a new refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The rent is: *390 EUR* (incl. Internet, GEZ, electricity and heating).
Die Lage von der Wohnung ist sehr sehr zentral (St. Sebald). Cinecitta/ Wöhrder Wiese sind ca. 5 min zu Fuß unterwegs.
Restaurants (L’Osteria, MamMam, Café Katz)/ Bäcker/ Supermärkte/ Hauptmarkt sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.Obwohl es so zentral liegt, ist die Tucherstraße sehr ruhig. Also, best of both worlds!

The location of the apartment is very very central (St. Sebald). Cinecitta/ Wöhrder Wiese are about 5 min walk.
Restaurants (L'Osteria, MamMam, Café Katz) / bakery / supermarkets / Hauptmarkt are within a few minutes to reach. Despite central, the Tucherstraße is very quiet. So, best of both worlds!
Ich heiße Dani, bin 26 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus El Salvador, Lateinamerika. Ich wohne schon seit ca. 3 Jahre in Nürnberg und liebe die Stadt einfach. ♥️
Momentan arbeite ich im Home Office als Designerin. Ich suche eine entspannte und nette Mitbewohnerin. Das Zusammenleben war bis jetzt sehr unkompliziert und harmonisch.
Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt freue ich mich sehr über ein Glas Wein und Netflix. Ich mag Pflanzen sehr - wenn du sie auch magst dann ist das definitiv ein Plus! 🌿
