Großes, helles Zimmer in 2er WG in der Innenstadt / Big, bright room in a 2-people flat in the city centre

Die Lage der WG in der Innenstadt ist ein Traum. Zu den Haltestellen Rathenauplatz sowie Lorenzkirche sind es 7 Gehminuten und der Bus 36 fährt quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit den ÖPNV oder mit dem Rad, 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ein Norma befindet sich auf der Straße, ein Rewe und ein süßer Unverpacktladen (Freivon) sind auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In keinen 5 Gehminuten erreicht man mehrere Asia Imbisse (ich habe 5 gezählt), drei Burgerladen und zwei leckere Pizzerie.

The WG enjoys a terrific location in the city centre. It is a 7-minute walk to the Rathenauplatz and Lorenzkirche U-bahn stops, and bus 36 stops almost directly from the front door. You can reach the main train station in 10 minutes by public transport or by cycling, in 20 minutes walking.

To the main train station it takes 10 mins by public transport or biking, 20 mins walking.
A Norma supermarket is directly on the street, a Rewe and a cute package-free shop (Freivon) are also within walking distance.
In less than five minutes you get a bite at several Asian restaurants (I counted 5), three burger places and two delicious pizzerie.

Ich bin Linda, 30 Jahre alt, und arbeite vorwiegend im Home Office als Biostatistikerin. Ich bin eher der ruhige Mensch und nicht mehr für jede Party zu haben, aber ich trinke gerne ein Glas Wein (oder zwei) oder einen Tee mit. Ich tanze und praktiziere Yoga mehrmals die Woche (in letzter Zeit allerdings nicht so regelmäßig), koche sehr gerne, und bin vor allem sehr aktiv in der Klimagerechtigkeitbewegung. Es würde mich freuen, wenn die Person, mit der ich mir die täglichen Räume teile, auch eine gewisse Sensibilität für diese Themen (Umweltschutz, Menschenrechte) hätte.

Ich wünsche mir ein freundliches WG Leben, in dem man sich nicht nur die Räume teilt sondern man auch Zeit und Lust hat, den anderen Mensch kennenzulernen. Ein gewisser Grad an Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den geteilten Räumen ist mir wichtig (nach dem Motto: hinterlasse die Räume so, wie du sie gerne finden möchtest), es hat bisher aber auch ohne Putzplan gut funktioniert.

I'm Linda, 30 years old, and work primarily from home as a biostatistician. I'm more of a quiet person and not really up for parties, but I do enjoy a glass of wine (or two) or a tea with my flatmate. I dance and practice yoga several times a week (although not so regularly in the past months), I enjoy cooking, and most importantly I am very active in the climate justice movement. It would be a big plus if the person with whom I share the apartment were sensitive to these issues (environmental protection, human rights).

I am looking forward to a friendly atmosphere in the apartment - where you not only share the rooms but you also make space in your busy life to get to know the other person. A certain degree of cleanliness and order in the shared rooms is important to me ("leave the room as you would like to find it"), but so far it has worked well without a cleaning schedule.

Wohnungsbesichtigungen ab dem 6.9. möglich. Bevorzugter Einzugstermin wäre der 1.10., Einzug zum 1.11. (oder irgendwann dazwischen) wäre auch in Ordnung.
Gut wäre, wenn du bereit wärst, die neuen Verträge zu schließen (Internet, Strom etc) - die laufen im Moment auf die ausziehende Person und je nachdem wie sich meine Jobsituation entwickelt kann es sein, dass ich auch in den nächsten Monaten ausziehe.
BITTE KEINE IMPFVERWEIGER:INNEN ODER COVID LEUGNER:INNEN - Ihr habt das Recht, so zu leben wie ihr wollt, aber wir würden miteinander nicht gut zurechtkommen. Danke!

It is possible to visit the flat starting September 6th. Preferred move-in date is October 1st, (up to) November 1st is still fine.
It would be good if you were willing to take up the new contracts (internet, electricity etc) - they are currently managed by my flatmate and depending on my job situation I may be moving out in the next few months as well.
